Additional NetSuite Modules

Choosing which NetSuite modules you need is the most difficult part of a NetSuite Implementation Project. At Sixred we both sell and implement NetSuite so we can help you decide which modules you need and even more importantly which modules you do not need. This results in a cost savings for you and a better implementation project overall.

Additional NetSuite Modules you may want to consider:

  • NetSuite Advanced Financials: Includes Advanced Budgeting, Expense Allocation and Amortization Schedules.

  • NetSuite Revenue Recognition: This allows you to setup schedules to defer revenue over a set period of time. NetSuite Revenue Recognition is perfect for software companies who operate on a subscription model or any company that collects revenue up front for a service provided over a period of time.

  • NetSuite Incentive Compensation: Allows growing and midsized businesses to design, track, and pay sales commission plans. NetSuite and NetSuite CRM+ give companies an easy-to-use tool to address the challenges of creating and maintaining complex multi-tiered commission plans, including calculating sales compensation based on a myriad of criteria such as quota, product quantity, service item, product profitability and even ad hoc “spiffs.” Processing commission payments through financial approval and adjustment cycles can also be automated within the system. NetSuite’s Incentive Management provides real-time commission visibility to sales professionals to reward and motivate them..

  • NetSuite Advanced Inventory: NetSuite’s Advanced Inventory module extends the end-to-end capabilities of NetSuite with advanced features for wholesaler distributors and other product-oriented companies. NetSuite Advanced Inventory includes Lot Management, Bin Management, Landed Cost, Demand Based Inventory Replenishment, Serialized Inventory, Matrix Items, Multiple Units of Measure, Pick Pack and Ship, and Bar Coding.

  • NetSuite Advanced SiteBuilder: NetSuite’s Site Builder Module makes it possible for small and midsized companies to deliver an “amazon.com-like” experience for their customers and partners, providing a complete view of a customer’s interaction with a merchant by simply logging into a Web site.

  • NetSuite Multiple Web Sites: With NetSuite Multiple Web Sites, you can now create multiple branded web sites in a single NetSuite account. This combined with NetSuite One World and NetSuite’s multi-language and multi-currency functionality allows you to build and operate multiple eCommerce companies anywhere in the world.

  • NetSuite Site Analytics: NetSuite's Analytics leverages the power of a single system that integrates all business functions to provide the most actionable and insightful net analytics software available. NetSuite Site Analytics combines traditional Web metrics with transaction data and specific customer activity data. The reports tell you not only how your customers found you, but also measures the ROI of your referrers and search engine keywords. The reports also tell you which pages are most frequently visited, exactly which customers visited them, and when these visits took place. Unique to NetSuite, you can drill down to an individual customer and review all of their activities on your site, including their shopping cart content, pages viewed, referring URL and keyword, click-stream paths, and much more.

  • NetSuite Offline Client: NetSuite’s Offline Client for Sales gives sales reps tools they need to be productive while working offline. With NetSuite, sales reps can perform normal pre-call and post-call follow-up activities while disconnected, and then synchronize when next online.

  • NetSuite Advanced Project Management: NetSuite Advanced Project Accounting lets you manage your services organization more effectively with integrated project/job tracking and reporting. With NetSuite, you can automate project/job creation when specific services are sold, and automatically track percent complete and time budgeted and spent on project tasks. Reports for utilization and backlog help you analyze your employees' workload and efficiency. Estimated job profitability reporting compares your projected loaded labor cost on projects against expected billings.

  • NetSuite Advanced Billing: NetSuite allows Finance departments to automate billing processes and eliminates the manual work typically associated with billing customers, thus reducing errors and saving the company time and money. Companies can create highly customized billing schedules and templates easily and quickly to automate the creation of invoices based on the related license agreement and/or service contract to meet their exact needs. Milestone billing schedules let companies bill as work is completed according to the service contract. Billing schedules can be applied to an entire sales order or to each specific item on an order and indicate what is to be invoiced and when, providing more granular visibility into cash flow from period to period. Powerful reporting capabilities provide accurate billing forecasts.

  • NetSuite Electronic File/Software Delivery: NetSuite ESD lets you sell files or software online and make them available for download. You can associate multiple files from the File Cabinet to a downloadable item. Any type of downloadable file can be sold in this manner including documents, music or executables. Once purchased, the files become available for download in a password-protected area, where you can display license codes. You can also leverage these new capabilities to require an online form to be submitted prior to making a download available rather than a purchase, allowing for marketing campaign calls to action around white papers and collateral that guarantee lead registration.
