Sixred NetComplete Methodology

Sixred’s NetComplete methodology uses standard NetSuite as a baseline and takes an iterative approach to making configuration changes. This iterative approach keeps the customer engaged throughout all steps of the project and minimizes the opportunities for confusion.

The standard stages of Sixred's NetComplete Methodology are:

  • Software Selection: Prior to beginning any project Sixred professionals will work with the client to determine if they are a good fit for Software as a Service products and specifically NetSuite as a solution. This stage is often completed as a standalone project in order to minimize the risks for both our clients and Sixred.

  • Scope Definition: The first step in any successful implementation is to accurately define the scope. Sixred will work with the client to determine all processes to be addressed during the project as well as all touchpoints (integrations) with other systems.

  • Basic Setup: A Sixred TAM will work with the client team to finalize basic setup of the system. This basic setup will usually include defining company information, enabling features and providing a basic overview of NetSuite functionality.

  • Alpha Process Demos: Once the scope has been defined, a Sixred Implementation Specialist will demo NetSuite standard processes using either the active client system or demo accounts when necessary. The demos serve a dual purpose. First, demoing the functionality will provide the client with an overview of NetSuite and provide a vision for what is possible in the system. The second purpose is to provide Sixred with key client requirements.

  • Customize/Beta Process Demos (iterate): Once all standard processes have been demoed, Sixred takes an iterative approach to customizing the application. The Sixred configuration team will modify the application according to client requirements and demo each process again. This will continue until the functionality has been accepted by the client.

  • Data Migration: Once configuration is complete Sixred will provide templates to complete any required data migration.

  • System Review: A Sixred TAM will walk through the end to end system with the client team to finalize the project and sign off on the completed system.

  • End User Training: Since Sixred takes an interactive approach and consistently demonstrates system capabilities. A specific training phase is often not necessary. However, if a training phase is required a Sixred Training Specialist will work with the client to determine roles, training documentation and training schedule.

  • System Launch: Sixred will work with the client team to cleanup any test data and ready the system for launch.

  • Warranty Period: Sixred will work with the client team over the 30 day warranty period to address any bugs and document any enhancements.

  • 3 Month, 6 Month and Annual Reviews: A Sixred TAM will perform an adoption review at 3 months, 6 months and annually after the system launch. This review will determine additional opportunities to optimize the system.
